چکیده

هدف پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر تمرین ترکیبی و مکمل چای سبز بر میزان غلظت تستوسترون و گلوبولین متصل­شونده به هورمون‌های جنسی پلاسما در مردان دارای اضافه‌وزن (25<BMI<29.8) می­باشد. بدین­منظور، 24 مرد (03/5±35/36 سال) غیرفعال به‌­صورت تصادفی در سه گروه مکمل چای سبز + تمرین ترکیبی،­ دارونما + تمرین ترکیبی و­ مکمل چای سبز قرار گرفتند. گروه اول و سوم هر روز یک عدد کپسول چای سبز (500 میلی­گرم) و گروه دوم نیز هر روز یک عدد کپسول نشاسته را به­مدت 10 هفته مصرف کردند. همچنین، گروه اول و دوم هم­زمان با مصرف مکمل یا دارونما، به­مدت 10 هفته و به­شکل سه جلسه در هفته (هر جلسه دو ساعت) به اجرای تمرین ترکیبی (تمرینات مقاومتی با شدت 75ـ60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه به­مدت 20 دقیقه و تمرین هوازی با شدت 75ـ60 ضربان قلب بیشینه) پرداختند. نمونه‌های خونی قبل و پس از دورۀ تمرینی و مکمل‌گیری گرفته شد. ­آزمون تحلیل واریانس 2×3 در سطح معناداری (P≤0.05) مورداستفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان می­دهد که پس از 10 هفته دویدن روی تردمیل به­همراه تمرینات با وزنه، تغییر معناداری در غلظت تستوسترون کل، تستوسترون آزاد و گلوبولین متصل­شونده به هورمون‌های جنسی پلاسما مشاهده نمی­شود. همچنین، تغییر معنا­دار­ در این غلظت‌ها پس از 10 هفته مصرف چای سبز نیز مشاهده نگردید. به­طورکلی، می‌توان گفت انجام 10 هفته تمرین ترکیبی و مصرف مکمل چای سبز­، بر غلظت تستوسترون پلاسما تأثیری ندارد. با توجه به این­که اثربخشی تمرینات ورزشی و بسیاری از مکمل‌های گیاهی در مدت‌زمان‌های طولانی ظاهر می‌گردد، توصیه می‌شود مطالعات بعدی با مدت‌زمان طولانی‌تری انجام شود.
