چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر مصرف مکمل فولات طی 10 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر گرلین معده، سرم و انسولین سرم موشهای صحرایی نر ویستار بود. بدینمنظور، 32 سر موش صحرایی نر ویستار با سن هشت هفته و وزن 2/18±4/204 گرم، پس از یک هفته آشناسازی بهصورت تصادفی (برحسب وزن بدن) به چهار گروه مساوی (هشت سر در هر گروه) کنترل، مکمل، تمرین مقاومتی و تمرین مقاومتی+ مکمل تقسیم شدند. گروههای تمرینی بهمدت 10 هفته(پنج جلسه در هفته) تمرین مقاومتی را بر روی نردبان(دارای 26 پله) با وزنهای معادل 30 درصد وزن بدن خودآغاز نمودند که وزن آن تا هفتۀ آخر بهتدریج به 250 درصد وزن بدن آنها رسید. قابلذکر است که مکملدهی بهصورت 10 میلیگرم اسیدفولیک محلول در هر لیتر آب مصرفی انجام شد. 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسة تمرینی، موشها بیهوش گشتند، تشریح شدند و نمونههای معده و سرم آنها جمعآوری گردید. علاوهبراین میزان گرلین، انسولین سرم و گرلین معدۀ آنها بهوسیلۀ کیت الایزا اندازهگیری گشت و با روشهای آماری آنووا و کروسکال والیس تجزیهوتحلیل گردید (0.05>P). نتایج نشان میدهد که گرلین سرم در گروه تمرین مقاومتی درمقایسه با گروههای کنترل (P=0.002)، مکمل (P=0.001) و مقاومتی+ مکمل (P=0.017) بهطور معناداری کاهش یافته است. مصرف فولات نیز موجب افزایش معنادار در گروه مقاومتی+ مکمل درمقایسه با گروه کنترل (P=0.014) و تمرین مقاومتی (P=0.017) شده است. در غلظت انسولین سرم گروههای چهارگانه نیز تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نمیشود (P=0.673). براساس یافتهها، مصرف فولات در طول تمرینات مقاومتی، گرلین معده را افزایش داده و یا حداقل از کاهش آن در سرم جلوگیری مینماید.
