چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر دوزهای مختلف ریشة شیرینبیان با تمرین مقاومتی بر فعالیت آنزیم گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام خون مردان کمتحرک و دارای اضافهوزن بود. در یک کارآزمایی نیمهتجربی- با طرح دوسویةکور، 90 مرد کمتحرک و دارای اضافهوزن به شش گروه 15 نفری (اول، تمرین مقاومتی غیرخطی با مصرف 250 میلیگرم مکمل شیرینبیان در روز؛ دوم، تمرین مقاومتی غیرخطی با مصرف 500 میلیگرم مکمل شیرینبیان در روز؛ سوم، مصرف 250 میلیگرم مکمل شیرینبیان در روز؛ چهارم، مصرف 500 میلیگرم مکمل شیرینبیان در روز؛ پنجم، تمرین مقاومتی غیرخطی با مصرف 250 میلیگرم دارونما در روز و ششم، کنترل با مصرف 250 میلیگرم دارونما در روز) تقسیم شدند. برنامة تمرین مقاومتی بهمدت هشت هفته و هفتهای سه جلسه اجرا شد. نتایج درونگروهی بیانگر افزایش معنادار گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام در گروه تمرین- مکمل 250 میلیگرم (0.023 =P )، تمرین- مکمل 500 میلیگرم (0.014 = P)، و تمرین-دارونما (0.038 = P) بود. بیشترین درصد افزایش معنادار گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز (10/4 درصد) و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام (71/29 درصد) به گروه تمرین-مکمل 500 میلیگرم اختصاص داشت. نتایج بینگروهی نشان داد که اختلاف معنادار افزایشی بین گروه تمرین-مکمل 250 میلیگرم، تمرین- مکمل 500 میلیگرم و تمرین- دارونما با گروههای مکمل 250، 500 میلیگرم و کنترل در میانگین غلظت گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و ظرفیت آنتیاکسیدانی تام وجود داشت (P < 0.05). انجام تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با مصرف مکمل شیرینبیان احتمالاً میتواند در تقویت وضعیت آنتیاکسیدانی مردان کمتحرک و اضافهوزن مؤثر باشد.
