چکیده
استفاده از نانو ذرات رو به افزایش است و میتواند موجب مسمومیتهای عصبی و تغییرات بافت مغز شود. از طرفی پیشآمادهسازی بدنی مقاومت سلولهای عصبی را افزایش میدهد؛ بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی میزان تغییرات ساختاری بافت مغز در اثر تزریق نانو نقره درپی دو پروتکل تمرین انجام شد. تعداد 30 سر رت نر نژاد ویستار به شش گروه کنترل سالم، نانو نقره، پروتکل هوازی، پروتکل بیهوازی، نانو نقره + پروتکل هوازی، نانو نقره + پروتکل بیهوازی بهصورت تصادفی ساده تقسیم شدند. تزریق درونصفاقی نانو نقره پس از اجرای 10 هفته پروتکل هوازی و بیهوازی به ازای 10 درصد وزن بدن هر رت در پنج نوبت بود و پس از 48 ساعت از آخرین تزریق رتها بیهوش شدند و نمونهگیریانجام شد. سپس نمونهها با رنگآمیزی هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین و توسط میکروسکوپ نوری عکسبرداری و مطالعه شدند. نتایج نشان داد پیشآمادهسازی بهصورت معناداری بر وزن (0.045= p ) و میزان مسافت طیشده در آزمون استقامتی پیشرونده (0.000 = p ) اثرگذار بود. همچنین نانو نقره موجب التهاب (0.000 = p ) و دژنراسیون نورونی (0.000= p ) در رتهای دریافتکنندة نانو نقره شد، اما در گروه های تمرینی، التهاب (0.001 = p ) و دژنراسیون (0.001= p ) تقلیل یافته بود؛ اگرچه تفاوت معناداری میان دو نوع پروتکل در التهاب (0.928= p ) و دژنراسیوننورونی (0.875 = p ) وجود نداشت. بهنظر میرسد پیشآمادهسازی تمرینی میتواند در کاهش درجة تخریب بافت مغزی ناشی از مصرف نانو نقره مؤثر باشد.
