چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی بر نسبت لپتین به آدیپونکتین و شاخصهای کنترل قندخون در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو انجام شد. از بین مردان مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو 24 نفر (میانگین سنی 71/0±7/48 سال و شاخص توده بدنی 3/3±7/30 کیلوگرم/مترمربع) بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین هوازی(12 نفر) و گروه کنترل(12 نفر) قرار گرفتند. برنامۀ تمرین هوازی بهصورت هشت هفته دویدن، پنج جلسه در هفته بهمدت یک ساعت با شدت 50 تا 75 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره اجرا شد. در پیشآزمون و پسآزمون، سطوح لپتین، آدیپونکتین، نسبت لپتین به آدیپونکتین، HbA1c، گلوکز پلاسما، انسولین، HOMA-IR و حساسیت انسولین اندازهگیری شد. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری تحلیل کواریانس و همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد در گروه تمرین هوازی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل، نسبت لپتین به آدیپونکتین و سطوح لپتین کاهش و سطوح آدیپونکتین افزایش معناداری داشت (P < 0.05). همچنین در گروه تمرین هوازی سطوح انسولین، گلوکز، HbA1cو HOMA-IR در مقایسه با گروه کنترل کاهش یافت و میزان حساسیت انسولین افزایش معناداری نشان داد (P < 0.05)، اما نتایج آزمون همبستگی ارتباط معناداری بین نسبت لپتین به آدیپونکتین با شاخصهای کنترل قندخون نشان نداد (P > 0.05). به نظر میرسد بهبود نسبت لپتین به آدیپونکتین بهدلیل تأثیر تمرینهای هوازی بر تغییرات مربوط به کاهش BMI و درصد چربی است؛ باوجوداین، مکانیزم بهبود شاخصهای کنترل قندخون احتمالاً مسیرهای دیگری غیر از آدیپوکاینها دارد که لازم است بررسی شود.
