چکیده

اهداف: مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین هوازی و مکمل بذر کدو بر شاخص‌های فشار اکسایشی ریوی رت‌های مسموم‌شده با آب اکسیژنه (H2O2 ) انجام شد؛
مواد و روش ها:  42 سر رت نر ویستار تصادفی به هفت گروه کنترل، مسموم‌شده، مسمومیت + یک گرم کدو، مسمومیت + دو گرم کدو، مسمومیت + تمرین هوازی، مسمومیت+ یک گرم کدو + تمرین، مسمومیت+ دو گرم کدو + تمرین تقسیم شدند. القای فشار اکسایشی با تزریق درون‌صفاقی mg/kg 1/0 هیدروژن پراکسید به‌مدت سه روز در هفته، دریافت بذر کدو  بهصورت یک و دو گرم به‌ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن و برنامۀ تمرینی شامل هشت هفته دویدن فزاینده روی تردمیل (سه روز در هفته با حداقل سرعت هشت متر بر دقیقه و شیب 10 درجه) بود. از کیت‌های تخصصی به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری شاخص‌های سیتوکروم c، ATP، MDA و PAB استفاده شد و داده‌ها با آزمون تحلیل واریانس دوراهه در سطح معناداری 05/0 تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد مسمومیت با  H2O2سبب کاهش معنادار ATP و افزایش معنادار سیتوکرومC ،MDA  و PAB ریوی شد (P < 0.05). دریافت دوزهای بذر کدو اثر معناداری بر غلظت MDA، سیتوکرومc  و ATP نداشت (P > 0.05). از طرفی دریافت دو گرم بذر کدو  موجب کاهش معنادار غلظت  PAB شد (P < 0.05). هشت هفته تمرین هوازی اثری معناداری بر غلظت MDA ریوی نداشت (P > 0.05)، اما غلظت ATP را بهصورت معناداری افزایش داد و غلظت سیتوکروم c و PAB را کاهش داد (P < 0.05). تعامل تمرین هوازی با دوزهای بذر کدو باعث افزایش ATP و کاهش غلظت MDA، سیتوکروم  cو PAB شد (P < 0.05).
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می رسد اثرات مجرد بذر کدو به بافت و دوز مصرفی وابسته باشد. هشت هفته تمرین هوازی نیز بسته به عواملی راهکار ضداکسایشی مناسبی در شرایط مسمومیت با پراکسید هیدروژن است. ترکیب تمرین هوازی و دوزهای بیشتر مکمل بذر کدو اثرات مضاعفی بر شاخص‌های اکسایشی  بافت ریه در رت‌های مسموم‌شده با آب اکسیژنه دارد.
