چکیده

هدف: شامل تعیین تاثیر تمرین ورزشی، سطح آمادگی قلبی تنفسی بالاتر و یا سابقه فعالیت بدنی بر سرعت جریان خون در شریان مغزی میانی (MCAv) افراد سالم بود.
روش‌شناسی: مداخلات بررسی شده بر روی بزرگسالان سالم منتشر شده در مجلات پژوهشی تا قبل از پایان جولای سال 2020 میلادی در پایگاه های Pubmed، Googlescholar، SID و Magiran جستجو شدند. در کل 14 تحقیق (شامل 21 مداخله) متشکل از هفت تحقیق دارای طرح پیش و پس‌آزمون و هفت تحقیق دارای طرح علّی پس از وقوع، شاخص‌های شمول در فراتحلیل را کسب کردند. مدل اثرات تصادفی برای تحلیل داده‌های گزارش شده بر حسب اندازه اثر اختلاف میانگین توسط نرم‌افزار CMA2 استفاده شد. به‌علاوه، همبستگی بین اندازه‌های اثر تمرین ورزشی یا سطح آمادگی‌جسمانی بر MCAv با سن، حداکثر اکسیژن مصرفی، فشار متوسط سرخرگی، وزن، شاخص توده بدن، ضربان قلب استراحتی، فشار سهمی دی‌اکسید‌کربن انتهای بازدم و همچنین مدت زمان اجرای تمرینات ورزشی با فرا‌ رگرسیون مدل تصادفی ساده بررسی شد.
نتایج: تمرین ورزشی بدون توجه به ویژگی‌های آزمودنی‌ها و تعداد هفته‌های تمرین، سبب افزایش غیر معنی‌دار 569/0 سانتی‌متر بر ثانیه‌ای درMCAv (60/0p=) می‌شود. همچنین در بررسی‌های فرارگرسیونی نیز همبستگی‌های معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد(05/0<p).
نتیجه‌گیری: در حال حاضر نمی‌توان به تاثیر تمرین ورزشی، آمادگی جسمانی قلبی-تنفسی و یا داشتن سابقه ورزشی برای بهبود جریان خون مغزی یا جلوگیری از افت جریان خون مغزی اتکا کرد. با اینحال، هنوز نیاز به انجام کارآزمایی‌های بالینی بیشتر در این زمینه وجود دارد.
